1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [0–1 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery - Free

    • Receive within 2 - 4 working days (Excludes bank holidays).

    • Includes door to door tracking

  • Next Day Delivery - £6.99

    • Order before 10am Monday to Friday for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the UK only.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, please contact us at zajillmall@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
